This is a custom order for Jack.

Item: One pair of handmade ceramic mini boot incense holders  
Size: Approx. 10 cm height and 5–6 cm width  
Design: A pair of mini boots based on the customer-provided reference photos  
Incense feature: The incense hole will be placed inside the top opening of one boot  
Material/process: Handmade ceramic, high-fired  
Total price: $220 USD, shipping included  

Please note: This piece will be handmade in ceramic and fired at high temperature. Because of the ceramic firing process, the final ceramic color cannot be exactly the same as the color shown in the reference photos. We will try our best to get close to the reddish-brown tone.

The finished piece will have a rustic handmade ceramic texture, not a smooth leather-like texture. The overall boot shape can be made close to the reference, but it will not be an exact replica. Decorative patterns and smaller details will be handmade in a ceramic style rather than copied exactly.

Custom order policy: This item is made specifically for this custom request. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or there is a major production issue.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send us clear photos of the damaged item and outer packaging. We will gladly reship a new item or issue a refund.

Backflow incense burners should be used with backflow incense cones to create the proper flowing smoke effect. For regular incense burners or holders, you can choose compatible options such as stick incense, coil incense, or other matching incense types depending on the design of the burner. All corresponding incense products are available in our store. If you are unsure which fragrance or incense type is best for you, please feel free to contact our customer service team for recommendations.

What should I pay attention to when using an incense burner indoors?

When using incense indoors, always place the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from flammable materials. Although our incense is made from natural ingredients, we do not recommend burning it for long periods in a completely enclosed space. For a more comfortable indoor experience, the room should be properly ventilated, and incense should not be used continuously for extended periods in a sealed environment.
