Eligible unused products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. Products should be in substantially the same condition as received and returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible.

For change-of-mind returns, ordering the wrong product, or choosing the wrong variation, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Incensoria will cover the appropriate return or replacement costs. Reporting shipping damage within 48 hours helps us investigate the issue.

EU consumers generally have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal. No restocking fee is charged.
