Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact us first at support@incensoria.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not return any items before receiving a confirmation email with the return address.

3. Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition.
4. Ship the return using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
