Shipping policy

We prepare orders within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. As soon as your parcel ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking. All timelines use China Standard Time (UTC+8).

Transit after dispatch

Typical carrier transit time is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Actual timing may vary depending on the destination country, local customs clearance, and local postal operations.

Total delivery time

From order to delivery, the overall delivery window is about 9–18 business days. This includes 2–4 business days for order processing and 7–14 business days for transit.

Shipping fees

Orders over $30 USD, or the equivalent amount in your local currency, ship free. Orders below this amount may include a flat-rate shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout.

Customs & taxes

For most orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are covered by Incensoria where applicable. Customers should not normally be charged additional import fees upon delivery.

If you receive a customs payment request or delivery fee notice, please contact us at support@incensoria.com before making any payment. We’ll review the notice and help resolve it.

Delivery issues

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or the recipient being unavailable, the parcel may be returned to us. We can reship once the correct address is confirmed; reshipping costs are covered by the customer.

If your parcel arrives damaged, email support@incensoria.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Where we ship

We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. If your country or region isn’t available at checkout, we don’t ship to that location at the moment.
