Shipping Policy

 

We prepare orders within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday; excluding weekends ). As soon as your parcel ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking. All timelines use China Standard Time (UTC+8).


Transit (after dispatch)

Typical carrier transit times are:

 

          United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

          Europe (Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands): 7–14 business days

          Asia–Pacific (Australia): 7–14 business days

          Actual timing can vary by destination and local postal operations.

 


Total delivery time

From order to delivery, the overall window is about 9–18 business days for the regions above (that’s 2–4 business days for processing + 7–14 business days in transit).


Shipping fees

Orders $30 USD and above ship free.

Orders under $30 USD have a $5 USD flat-rate shipping fee (shown at checkout).


Customs & taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees aren’t included in our prices or shipping charges. If they apply, these costs are the recipient’s responsibility—please check local regulations if you’re unsure.


Delivery issues

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or the recipient being unavailable, the parcel may return to us. We can reship once the correct address is confirmed; reshipping costs are covered by the customer. If your parcel arrives damaged, email support@incensoria.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. If your country isn’t available there, we don’t ship to that location at the moment.
