Refund and Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns of new, unused and unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date. This applies to both defective and non-defective products.
Before you return
Email support@incensoria.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back before receiving our confirmation.
How to return
1.Email support@incensoria.com to request approval.
2.Once approved, we will send instructions.
3.Carefully pack the item(s) in the original condition and packaging.
4.Ship the return by mail using the prepaid label included in the package. Return shipping is free.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for new, unused and unopened items. Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded—please email photos within 7 days of delivery.
