Returns
We accept returns of new, unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date. This applies to both defective and non-defective products.
Before you return
Email support@incensoria.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not ship anything back before receiving our confirmation and return instructions.
Return shipping costs
For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or any other non-defective reason, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@incensoria.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. In these cases, we will cover the cost of replacement, refund, or return shipping where appropriate.
How to return
1. Email support@incensoria.com to request return approval.
2. Once approved, we will send return instructions by email.
3. Carefully pack the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.
4. Ship the return according to the instructions provided.
Please do not send the item back before receiving our confirmation.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for new, unused items in their original condition and packaging. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect will be replaced or refunded where appropriate.
