If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send us clear photos of the damaged item and outer packaging. We will gladly reship a new item or issue a refund.

Backflow incense burners should be used with backflow incense cones to create the proper flowing smoke effect. For regular incense burners or holders, you can choose compatible options such as stick incense, coil incense, or other matching incense types depending on the design of the burner. All corresponding incense products are available in our store. When using incense indoors, always place the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from flammable materials. Although our incense is made from natural ingredients, we do not recommend burning it for long periods in a completely enclosed space. For a more comfortable indoor experience, the room should be properly ventilated, and incense should not be used continuously for extended periods in a sealed environment.
